Terms of Service

Last updated: April 29, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Global Entry Priority ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Global Entry Priority ("we," "us," or "our").

BY MAKING A PAYMENT AND USING THIS SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY.

2. Description of Service

Global Entry Priority is an appointment alert notification service ONLY. We monitor U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Trusted Traveler Program enrollment centers for available Global Entry interview appointment slots and notify you via SMS text message when openings are detected.

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES:

  • We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. government, CBP, DHS, or any government agency in any way.
  • We do NOT book appointments on your behalf.
  • We do NOT guarantee that any appointment slot will be available by the time you attempt to book it.
  • We do NOT guarantee that you will find or successfully schedule a Global Entry interview during your subscription period.
  • We provide ONLY SMS text message notifications of detected appointment availability. All booking is done by you directly through the official TTP website (ttp.cbp.dhs.gov).
  • Appointment slots detected by our system may be taken by other users before you can book them. This is outside our control.

3. No Guarantee of Results

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • The availability of appointment slots at any enrollment center at any time
  • Your ability to successfully book any appointment slot that is detected
  • The accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of alert notifications
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
  • That any specific number of alerts will be sent during your subscription period

You acknowledge that appointment availability is determined entirely by CBP and other users, and is completely outside our control. We are solely a notification relay service.

4. Payment and Subscription

  • The Service costs $29 USD for a 30-day monitoring period.
  • This is a one-time payment, not an automatic subscription. There are no recurring charges.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
  • Your 30-day monitoring period begins immediately upon successful payment.
  • You may purchase additional 30-day periods at any time.

5. ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • You were unable to find or book an appointment during your subscription period
  • You found an appointment through other means and no longer need the Service
  • You did not receive alerts (due to incorrect phone number, carrier blocking, or any other reason)
  • You changed your mind after payment
  • You did not use the Service during your subscription period
  • Technical issues, outages, or interruptions of any duration
  • Dissatisfaction with the number or frequency of alerts received
  • Any other reason whatsoever

By completing payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, you are not entitled to any refund, and you waive any right to dispute, chargeback, or reverse the transaction.

6. Chargeback and Dispute Policy

BY USING THIS SERVICE AND MAKING A PAYMENT, YOU AGREE NOT TO:

  • Initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider
  • File false or misleading claims regarding the transaction
  • Claim the transaction was unauthorized if you willingly made the purchase

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree that:

  • Your account will be immediately and permanently terminated
  • We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including recovery of the disputed amount, chargeback fees, administrative costs, and legal fees
  • We may report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant authorities and fraud databases
  • You will be liable for all costs incurred by us in responding to the dispute, including but not limited to legal fees, administrative costs, and any penalties assessed by payment processors

7. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Providing an accurate, active phone number capable of receiving SMS messages
  • Ensuring your phone is configured to receive messages from our sending number
  • Acting promptly upon receiving an alert — appointment slots may be taken quickly
  • Booking your own appointment through the official TTP website
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GLOBAL ENTRY PRIORITY, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, data, or use
  • Travel expenses or missed travel opportunities
  • Costs associated with failure to obtain a Global Entry appointment
  • Any damages resulting from reliance on alerts or lack thereof

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE ($29 USD).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global Entry Priority, its owners, operators, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice
  • Change pricing for future purchases (existing purchases are not affected)
  • Terminate your account for violation of these Terms
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason

No modification, suspension, or termination of the Service entitles you to a refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Global Entry Priority and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

These Terms apply to all users regardless of geographic location. By using this Service from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States and agree to be bound by these Terms under North Carolina law.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Global Entry Priority regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
